We thought we’d give your bank holiday weekend a kick in the right direction with some exciting news, in the form of important dates for your diary at the end of September.

We Are Noise and Plugd Records are proud to announce the first Noise Weekender, which will take place on the weekend of Sept 28, 29 + 30, between the Triskel TDC, Plugd and Gulpd Café venues, all in the Triskel Arts Centre complex in Cork.

The line-up will feature some of the best Irish bands we’ve been writing about in these pages over the last year, as well as some special international guests. More details will be released over the coming weeks but for now, here are some names to get your chops around.
